200 miles!
As I finished my ride home tonight I hit the 200 mile mark for the month. Well chuffed. I've done more miles than any of my colleagues. Some of whom are long term daily cyclists.
Starting weight: 131.8kg (20st 10lb) - Current weight 78.0kg (12st 6lb) - Total loss 53.8kg (8st 4lb)
