More weight loss but #July150 looks out of reach
I've just come back from a weekend of camping which involved a few fry-ups and moderate alcohol consumption. I ache all over but I was certain I won't have lost anything over the last fortnight. The result is I'm 5 and half pounds lighter! I've now lost 3 and a half stone. I'm very pleased with that even though I ache all over from camping.
This week is my last chance to try and complete the #july150. To do so, I need to average 15 leisure miles a day. 15 miles a day is not a problem but extra leisure miles is. I only have until Friday as I'm off on Saturday for a week. I'm certain I would have been able to easily complete it, if it wasn't for me hurting my ribs on the last day of June.
Let's see how it goes.

ReplyDeleteYour doing well enough with the weightloss - the july thing is just so Phill can change his blog name again - he's a whore.
The wind is stopping me now as well as saddle soreness :-(
ReplyDeleteI'm struggling to commute with the wind but I have to to pay for the bike.
