At 31 years old and 21 stone I decided I had to get fit and lose some weight. I got a bicycle and hope this will be the start of the rest of my life!
That is interesting. Here's an interesting fact right back at you.6 months ago, your body fat weight was heavier than my wife.
That is really interesting. Another interesting one - the amount of weight I need to lose is only 20kg lighter than my ideal weight.
And how did you discover the weight of your body fat Mr Field sir?
I used a body fat analyser but you can always use the following for a rough idea;Adult Body Fat % = (1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - (10.8 x gender) - 5.4where male gender= 1, female=0.
Ok lost you after Adult...I can spell for England but sums were never my strong point...
Here's the stats for you CliveWhen you started;(1.20 x 47.4) + (0.23 x 45) - (10.8 x 1) - 5.4= 51.03% (11st 5lb 3oz)Now(1.20 x 36.3) + (0.23 x 46) - (10.8 x 1) - 5.4= 37.94% (6st 6lb)
Wow! Brilliant thanks Toby! :-)
Thank you for taking the time to comment
